3. Quotes and Engagements
Any quote provided through this website or otherwise is an estimate and is not a binding contract until accepted in writing by both parties. Quotes are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Commencement of work is subject to receipt of a signed acceptance and any agreed deposit.
4. Fees, Invoicing and Payment
Fees for our services will be set out in your written quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue. Late payments may attract reasonable administrative costs and interest as permitted by law. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Delays caused by incomplete or late information may affect timelines and may result in additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, documentation, and content created by M4M Towing Services Pty Ltd remain our intellectual property until final payment is received, at which point ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. Our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how remain our property at all times. You retain ownership of all materials you supply to us.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or with the written consent of the disclosing party. This obligation survives the completion or termination of any engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M4M Towing Services Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Australian Consumer Law
